In-depth Phone Research
There are many instances where secondary sources do not yield the desired results. We hear comments like, "I’ve just spent 6 hours or 4 days trying to find an answer to my issue, but none of the secondary sources are fruitful.”
The response is, the question may not be answerable through secondary means. The topic at hand may be resolved only through in-depth phone interviewing. At JTF, we frequently utilize secondary and phone interviewing in tandem.
When it becomes apparent that secondary research alone isn’t going to work, we employ extensive use of in-depth telephone interviewing. Projects range from quick answer questions, to very detailed and extensive interviewing assignments, where complex issues are being probed.
